Take your first step towards injury rehab, pain reduction, better mobility strength. If kept consistent, this could start your journey into living a fuller, stronger and more dynamic life of movement.
Movement therapy is emerging as one of the best ways to reduce pain and improve quality of life. Christine is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a keen eye for detail and deep understanding of injuries, pathologies and how to improve biomechanics.
When you enquire please be as detailed as possible in the description of your issue and based on that, we will decide together if virtual sessions are suitable for you. If you have results from imaging or a specialist referral please make sure to reference them.
We will do an initial 45 minute session where I take you through a series of exercises and techniques based on a the best scientific evidence for your condition. The sessions are recorded and made available to you for you to repeat in your own time.
The rehab protocol we will follow will have phases, usually 1-4 and we progress as you get stronger. Progress is never linear and there will be ups and downs and possibly a bit of pain management.
After the first session, if you do your rehab, we will progress to the next, more complex session every 2-3 weeks until you reach your end goal. If you commit to your rehab and your progress, we will certainly reach your goals together.
Cancellation within 2 hours of class start time, your pass will be deducted from your account. Bookings for live classes close 30mins before class starts.
