This 60min session is all about addressing your painful niggle, chronic condition, pre/post surgical goals, sprain, strain or tendon issues or creating a plan for preventative therapy. Usually we will see each other more than once to get you fully back into action.
This session includes a combination of massage, exercise and mobilisation.

Not suitable for those with active injuries.
A strong and inclusive 60min class that will get your heart pumping through precise use of functional compound movements made more challenging with props such as bands, weights, small balls and sliders. Progressions will always be given to ensure all are challenged and included.
Expect to leave feeling your entire body has been deeply stabilised and activated.

Improve your core strength and your overall flexibility as we explore upper and lower body mobility for 60mins twice a week. Expect a strong dose of juicy core work that will leave you feeling challenged, activated and open.
This class is perfect to learn more about your body, build foundational strength, breathe better and stretch tight tissues. Master invigorating postures and improve spine health.

Yoga is an ancient practice from which Pilates draws a huge amount of inspiration.
Vinyasa Flow is a 60min class that will get you out of your head and into the flow of mind, body and breath to foster a sense of inner peace.
This class will start with mindful breathing, encorporate Pilates core activation followed by a flowing sequence and a glorious relaxation at the end.

Payment
Payment information for your session will be in your booking confirmation email. You can pay me via EFT before your session or cash in person on the day. I will be getting a point of sale machine for the studio soon so you can pay with your card after your session soon. For the moment I don't provide invoices for payment, unless you request one specifically.
Lateness & Cancellation Policy
I have a strict 4 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel less than 4 hours in advance you will be charged in full. This also applies to group classes, as you are preventing another person from taking the spot. If you are late for your session you forfeit that time, no discounts will be given.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start time of your session.
