Express circuit training is perfect for lunchtime or early morning when you want to get the work done with maximum results. Props may include weights, blocks or belts and bands.

No weights or props needed in this series. This is the best place to start your circuit training experience. Pick the variation of each progression as it suits you and then, as you get stronger you should be able to increase your difficulty level
