The humble resistance band is a staple in physio rehab, strength training, Pilates and dance conditioning. Providing elasticity to your movement and resistive eccentric feedback, the band will bring new awareness to your movement and build strength.

Full Body Foam Roll

Despite mixed evidence for the effectiveness of foam rolling, I prefer it to a massage any day. I foam roll at least once per week to maintain my tissues and keep the tight niggles at bay. One full length foam roller needed for this series.
