All Loved Up & Ready For The Weekend

This week I've been really moved by the generous messages from you all. I'd like to share a few here to remind you that even though you might be working out solo on your mat, you're part of an international community of pretty awesome people. I'd also like to take this opportunity to welcome the new members to the platform, feel free to get in touch or comment below with any questions, comments or ideas for new classes. I'm here for you!

I've had a lot of love for the Pilates Circuit classes and in particular for Pilates With Weights. I'd like to thank Lizzie, Lola and Ana for you kind feedback on the circuit classes, keep up the good work! Pilates With Weights was originally going to be a 3 part series, but I couldn't resist one more (to be uploaded next week). The new video has a LOT of core work so enjoy it my friends and keep an eye on social for the release day.

Another self-starter who gets top marks this week is Helen. Helen came back to work after a 2 week break and felt she needed to move her body. Here's what she had to say:


"My body did not enjoy sitting at a desk yesterday after 2 weeks of free movement, so much so I even ran at lunchtime...Today I listened to my stiff body and started my day with @christine.freedomphysio beginners Pilates session. What an awesome way to start the day 🤩 Pilates on demand: wherever and whenever you choose. I guess that means I’m out of excuses! Such a great class, super easy to follow with clear explanations of what your body should be doing and should feel like. I can’t wait to do it again tomorrow." (And yes, Helen did indeed do a second class the following day).

Duration: 45mins


Cost: FREE for monthly subscribers and all valid on-demand payment plans (you'll still need to book in via the live class booking page on my website to generate your Zoom link).


Where: Zoom (bookings will open on the website 7 days prior to the first class start date)


Props: weights (cans of beans), resistance band (old tights), squishy balls (pillows), yoga blocks (books)


Why: To build momentum and gain anatomical body-awareness that will shield us in core-powered armour as we head into winter.
