Pilates with Props 5 Week Course Starts Tomorrow

Join me on the mat every Wednesday morning for the next 5 weeks at 8am (Dublin time) for 45 minutes of Pilates with Props featuring the fantastic 'Squishy Ball' - This is a chance for you to activate your deep stabilising muscles, improve your posture, build strength in forgotten areas of the body (like the inner thighs) and connect to your subtle anatomy. Drop in for one class or commit to joining them all. Can't make it live? No problem, you can enjoy high quality recordings of all live classes (and my entire library) on my video catalogue on the Pilates With Props page. If you purchase a drop in and miss class, I will email the class link to you once it's ready the following day.

For the 5 week term we will be using my favourite prop of them all (it's tough to choose but I do have favourites) introducing the small soft Pilates ball. If you don't have one at home, don't fret, you can substitute it nicely with a firm pillow or scatter cushion.

How to book in:

- Purchase a pass / membership option (the €25 - Monthly rolling option is the best value and can be cancelled any time from your account profile).

- Book in to class via the Zoom classes page and a Zoom link will be sent to you automatically.

- I will send out an email reminder 30mins before class.

- Set up your mat and your props and get ready to move.

Level 3 High Intensity Interval Training Pilates

Fridays: 8:00am (Dublin)

Duration: 30min

Sweat and strengthen with Pilates HIIT - a staple workout here at Freedom Physio lasting only 30minutes, coming at you live on Zoom on Friday mornings at 8am (Dublin). This workout is perfect for anyone looking for a badass yet sweet, over-before-you-know-it sweaty challenge. The workout comprises short intervals of 2 exercises that are repeated twice for maximum effect. Each week follows from the next to allow you to nail each move, so the more you attend, the more you'll certainly slay. The workout is fast-paced, but scaled in difficulty so that even newcomers will feel empowered and engaged.

Mixed Level / L2

Mondays: 13:00pm (Dublin)

Duration: 30min

One of my favourite feelings in the whole world is the sensation of a strong core, this class is all about bringing you that fabulous feeling of ab work that will leave you sauntering off strongly into the rest of the week. We will mostly be using our bodyweight and a mat, however if props are required I will let you know in advance. Join me for the best Monday lunchtime core burn in town.
