Liftoff to planet Sweat has already begun. Resistance bands bring with them a dimension of challenge that requires a deeper level of core control, leaving you feeling energised, strong and connected. We will be doing more of these, so keep an eye on social media for more!

OK, confession time, this class was supposed to be 45mins, but I couldn't resist the 5 mins of ab work at the end, so, 50mins of express "Barre" with lots of legs, lots of planks and smooth fun transitions. I'll be adding more Barre express classes in the near future to keep you well and truly on the pulse.

As you may have seen on social media stories - with the help of a super-ripped personal trainer friend of mine Jon Fildes, I've designed 3 new Pilates Circuit workouts with a little extra added spice...this time, we'll be using weights and I mean proper weights (you pick how heavy you wanna go yo!) The circuit videos seem to be a really big hit with you all, and I love them too, so expect a whole lot more of this kind of workout coming live to the platform in the next few weeks.
