Core fire is a class that I started working on in my physiotherapy practice in Dun Laoghaire with many physio patients and fine tuned after taking part in a functional core anatomy course through Immaculate Dissection (incredible physios and anatomists from the USA) founded by Dr. Kathy Dooley.
