Beginners & Level 1

Great if you're new to Pilates.

Level 1 Includes:

  • Beginners Pilates Series (3 x 30min classes)

  • Desk Relief Series (3 x 30min classes)

  • The Menopause Series (6 x 20min classes)

Mixed Level

A satisfying mix of Level 1 & Level 2

  • 60min Yogalates Fusion:  A challenging mix of Pilates & Yoga asana

  • 30 & 45min Flows:  Core Fire, Happy Hips, Bums & Tums, Posture Power, Trip to Teaser

  • Pilates Circuits: Pilates fused with strength training and weights. 45 & 60min Series

  • Pilates "Barre" Sculpt: high intensity, fast paced ballet style training (no dance experience required)

Level 2

Where technique & strength combine

  • 30-45min Fundamental Flows Resistance bands, Squishy Ball & Foam Roller challenges.

  • 60min Flows:  Choose from Spine Health, Breathwork, Posture Power, Mobility, Low Back Essentials, Foot Health, Backbends, Twists & more.

  • Foam Roll, Stretch & Mobility: Stretch & Mobilise, perfect for recovery days.

Level 3

Strong challenges for advanced movers

  • High Intensity Pilates: 20min, 30min & 45min interval training challenges with weights and therabands. 

  • Level 3 Strength Circuit: Train with me for 60mins of no nonsense strength circuit training with Pilates principles.
