One of the perks of this new, slightly-bizarre-but-also-slightly-wonderful, homely life is the benefit of being able to workout when it suits you with on demand video. 'On demand' means that you can watch any video class whenever you like, so you don't have to make it to a scheduled live class.
Admittedly, there is a lot to choose from out there in terms of classes and teachers, and of course there is a lot of free content out there too (a self-deprecating and damaging habit of the fitness industry). Nevertheless, I think by now you know, that when it comes to moving your body, your temple, your earthly spaceship, it has to be sustainable over the long term, safe, enjoyable and packed full of variety, which is what I'm all about.
