We've all had a blast on Thursday evenings being put through our paces by Jon's strength and conditioning classes, and now it's time to announce more guest teachers who will be bringing you their unique flavour this February. The lineup includes Breathwork with Dr. Cathy Scanlon, Strong With Jon and Express Lunchtime Power Pilates with Jess Gormley.
My hope for the guest classes is to expose you to people and techniques that have really resonated with me and helped me improve in both the yin and the yang on my mat. Please feel free to include your household in the classes, as your subscription means that you and those that live with you can enjoy all that Freedom Physio has to offer. The live guest classes are NOT recorded which means you can open your mic and ask questions, and we can coach you a whole lot more.
Strong With Jon Continues
-Thursday evenings at 6:00pm (Dublin) - 45mins
This February we will continue to love\hate Thursday evenings with Jon as he puts us through our paces, talks about his love for salmon and turns us into super-beasts. This class is suitable for all levels, because Jon scales the exercises to all levels. The wonderful thing about Jon's classes is that they are simple, lighthearted and super effective.
Express With Jess
- Fridays at 12:30pm (Dublin) starting on 5th Feb and runs for 4 weeks - 30mins
I'm so happy to announce Jess Gormley to February's guest-list. Expect Irish, homegrown goodness and an express awakening to power you into the weekend. Jess is a feisty teacher with precision cues and a ton of experience to her name, she will be leading us through a 30min express class on Fridays at 12:30pm (Dublin) starting on 5th Feb and will run for 4 weeks.
Breathwork With Dr Cathy Scanlon
- Saturday 6th February 10:00am (Dublin) - 1 hour
I know how profound this class was for all of us who attended the last time and I am overjoyed to host Dr Scanlon again. This class will balance the intensity of power and strength and help us to immerse into the moment. Read more about the class on the booking page.
Resistance Is Futile With Christine
-Wednesday mornings 8:15am (Dublin) - 45mins
This class is where you come to align, find your foundations and enjoy working with the resistance band. We've already had 2 wonderful classes which you can find on the Mixed Level Pilates with Props page of the website in the dropdown menu under Video on Demand. Expect more prop-based classes coming your way in future and keep your eye on the homepage for all new classes that I upload, as there are some super cool classes available.
