Take twenty minutes to turn your day from good to great, break away from the hustle and bustle and get down to some seriously heart healthy HIIT Pilates. This class fuses the rigorous precision of physio led Pilates with the heart healthy benefits of high intensity interval training. Expect circuits that are repeated 2ce for maximum effect. This is a chance for you to activate your deep stabilising muscles, improve your posture, build strength in forgotten areas of the body (like the inner thighs and hamstrings) and connect to your subtle anatomy. Drop in for one class or commit to joining them all. This class ends in September, so make sure to book in every week till then.
